Facsimile edition by the Kaplan Foundation, 1992 - Adagietto from Mahler´s 5th Symphony, copy that was in possession of Alma Mahler.
A total of 1750 copies were issued, in a luxury case, includes a 110 plus-page book with documentation and information about the symphony, and illustrations, and a CD album with a recording of this piece by Gilbert Kaplan conducting the London Symphony Orchestra, plus a facsimile of an article published in the New York Times in July 1992 about this Adagietto.
Everything is inside the original box, which has some water stains over the left border (see photo), all items inside are in excellent / like new condition. Box size is 11.2 x 14.2 inches.
ALSO INCLUDED is a card, signed by Gilbert Kaplan, with a short note commenting on a cartoon joking about a conductor, and a dinner invitation after a special concert with Mahler´s 2nd symphony, conducted by Mehta.

Returns & Exchanges
Unsatisfactory items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for your choice of a store credit or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, items must first be returned in the exact same condition they were shipped. By default we ship via USPS, and provide the option to ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for any items that were already shipped, either returned or not. At our discretion, a restocking and relisting fee of up to USD 40 could be applied for some returned items, although this is very rarely applied.
