Italian mezzo-soprano (1900-1988) who sang widely in Italy. Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment dated 1946, shown in "Conchita" by Riccardo Zandonai; photo by Camuzzi. Size is 6.4 x 9.2 inches, in very good condition.

Celebrated American tenor (1904-1984), a favorite of Arturo Toscanini, also a frequent performer on Broadway and film. Signed photograph, shown as himself, with an inscribed autographed musical quote at the top right of the photo. Stamped on verso by photographer Maxwell Coplan-Dirone, New York. Size is 8 x 10 inches, some creases on the far edges of the photo, otherwise in very good condition.

French baritone (1869-1954), who concentrated mostly in operetta repertoire, but tackled a few numbers of Mozartian roles. Beautiful large vintage photograph boldly signed and inscribed by the baritone, shown as himself. Photo size is 5.5 x 9 inches, matted to solid cardboard for a total size of 8.25 x 10.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian mezzo-soprano (1887-1975), with a very important career on both sides of the Atlantic. Fine sepia photograph signed by her in white ink and dated 1912, shown in role. Total size is 7.7 x 9.8 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian soprano (1912-1983), signed photograph, shown in the title role of Puccini's Madama Butterfly dated in 1943. Contains printed signature of Foto Reale photographers, Rome. Size is 8.5 x 12 inches, some silvering at the top and bottom, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian baritone (1858-1926), sang throughout Italy and made guest appearances at the Royal Opera Convent Garden, among other theatres. Following his 1910 retirement, became a leading voice teacher, one of his most prominent pupils was the well known bass Tancredi Pasero. Very attractive signed vintage photograph mounted onto a cabinet, shown in the title role of Verdi's Falstaff, inscribed in Naples, dated in 1897. Bold handwriting and signature. Photo size is 5.75 x 8.25 inches mounted onto larger cabinet designed by Giulio Rossi, Milan. Total item size is 6.75 x 9.75 inches, one small bullet hole outside of the photo area, otherwise in excellent condition.

Bulgarian baritone (1897-1963), signed photograph, shown most likely in role, inscribed. Size is 7.25 x 9.25 inches, two bullet holes on top left and mounting traces on verso, otherwise in good condition.

Italian tenor whose career developed mostly in Italy during the first decades of the XX Century.  Large photograph signed by him, shown as himself, dated in Milan, 1917.  Photo is mounted on a mat by photographer P. Pollini, Pordenone, Italy.  Total size is 9.75 x 13.5 inches, actual photo is 5.9 x 8.9 inches, some creases and minor decoloration on borders, otherwise in very good condition.  Rare!

German tenor (1852-1933). Beautiful cabinet photograph of him, shown as Faust in Gounod's opera, with an autograph note over the bottom; photograph by Atelier Victoria (Berlin). Size is 4.2 x 6.4 inches, in excellent condition.

British-born American singer and actress (1833-1882), one of the most admired contralto of her generation. Fine card signed by her in Baltimore, 1881. Size is 3.5 x 2.2 inches, overall rust tone, mounting traces on verso, mounting traces on verso, in overall very good condition.

Italian dramatic tenor (1915-1980), particularly associated with the Italian repertory, and with contemporary works. Nice black-and-white photograph signed by him with a short sentiment dated in 1968, here shown as Admete in Gluck's opera "Alceste" in Genoa; photo by Francesco Leoni (Genoa). Size is 4.9 x 6.75 inches, in excellnt condition.

This is a 5.5 x 8.75 inch photo mounted onto cardboard, handwriting and signature are not on the photograph itself but the surrounding cardboard area both to the left of and beneath the photo. German tenor and pedagogue (1887-1947), who sang in several German opera houses including Magdeburg, the Stadtische Opera in Berlin, and Bayreuth for several seasons. Fine photograph mounted on a mat shown in role at Magdeburg, signed and inscribed by him, dated in 1929.  Total size is 8 x 10.5 inches, actual photograph is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, some water damage on the mat (not affecting any handwritten text), minor damage over the center-right, otherwise in fine condition.

Italian soprano (1921-2003), who sang a wide range of roles in both the lyric and spinto repertory. Large photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment, shown as herself; ink-stamped on verso by photographer A. Villani, Bologna. Size is 11.6 x 15.1 inches, minor silvering, otherwise in very good condition.

Italian soprano (1921-2003), who sang a wide range of roles in the lyric and spinto repertory. Beautiful photograph signed and inscribed by her, shown as Francesca da Rimini in Zandonai's opera. Size is 9.5 x 7 inches, nice item in good condition.

Italian soprano (1879-1956) who enjoyed an important international career, including a tour throughout North America with composer Pietro Mascagni and world premiered his opera "Parisina" in 1913. Beautiful photo postcard signed and inscribed by her, shown in the title role of Mascagni's "Parisina", dated in 1938. Size is 3.5 x 5.25 inches, tape residues on front and over the upper-left and lower-right corner, otherwise in excellent condition.

Italian tenor (1882-1965), and Italian conductor - double sided page with photos and signatures of each, both dated in Paris (in 1921 and 1925, respectively), both inscribed with sentiment. Size is 8.75 x 11.75 inches, several bends and creases, otherwise in good condition. 

Star French soprano (1898-1976) and Italian tenor (1902-1976). Double signed photograph, shown in a curtain call after a performance (probably of Rigoletto), inscribed. Size is 7 x12 inches! in excellent condition.

French-American coloratura soprano (1898-1976), and Bulgarian baritone (1897-1963).   Large photograph signed by both artists, shown as Gilda and Rigoletto in Verdi's opera, dated in 1944. Size is 8 x 10 inches, very slight wear on edges, otherwise in excellent condition.

Gorgeous black-and-white photograph by photographer Sudak, signed by Lily Pons, Giacomo Vaghi, Paolantonio Franco, and Koloman von Pataky, shown backstage during the performances of Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor at Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires, 1934. Full Almanac from the Prague National Theater, from the year 1929. Around 68 signatures from singers and opera personalities, each one under the corresponding photo. Full book size is 12 x 9 inches, with all 84 pages, in very good condition.

American soprano (b.1927), one of the first African-American leading artists in the Met Opera of New York, during the 1950s and the 1960s. Signed LP record "A Christmas Offering", with signature on verso where her photo is, inscribed. Record is inside, size is
