American composer (1878-1963), known primarily for his song "By the Waters of Minnetonka", was a member of the Indianist movement in American music. Black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, shown at the piano. Size is 9.25 x 7.5 inches, blind-stamped on the front by Dole Studio, crack over the top, some silvering in all borders, minor damage over the left border, in overall very good condition.

American composer (1878-1963) and American soprano (1892-1986).  Set of 2 large photos signed by the husband and wife couple (married in 1917), inscribed to the songwriter Charles O. Fine photograph mounted on a mat where the composer signed and inscribed to the famous soprano Gina Cigna with the legend "Sire Halewyn magnificent interpreter", dated in Buenos Aires, 1932.  Photograph is also signed by the photographer Stoppani, Buenos Aires.  Total size is 7.6 x 11 inches (actual photo is 5.4 x 7.75 inches), in excellent condition.
