Nikolaj Znaider (born in 1975 in Copenhagen, Denmark) is a Danish classical violinist. His most recent recordings include the Brahms and Korngold violin concertos, recorded live in Vienna, Musikvereinssaal with the Vienna Philharmonic led by Valery Gergiev, and released in the USA in February 2009. Romanian tenor (1915-2002), large signed and inscribed photo, shown as Canio in Leoncavallo's Pagliacci. Size is 5 x 7 inches with a small crease at top and some wear on edges but otherwise in good condition.

Famous string quartet, very active during the first quarter of the 20th century in concerts and recordings. Great photo signed in white ink by all in the early 1920s. Artists signing are violist Joseph Zoellner (1862-1950) who founded the string Quartet around 1904, first violinist Antoinette Zoellner (1885-1962), second violinist Amandus Zoellner (1892-1955) and cellist Joseph Zoellner Jr. (1886-1964). Beautiful photograph, inscribed, 9.5 x 7.5 inches. Good condition, minor creases and a small piece is missing over the lower left corner, rare!

American cellist (1862-1950) and founder of the Zoellner Quartet in 1904, considered the most celebrated chamber music ensemble of the first quarter of the XX century. 2-bar autograph music quote from a piece by Beethoven on an album page attached with a clip from a magazine featuring the four members of the quartet, signed by him. Size is 5.9 x 4.4 inches, storage holes, in very good condition.

French novelist (1840-1902), playwright, journalist, the best-known practitioner of the literary school of naturalism. Autograph letter signed, to an unnamed recipient. One page, in French, sold untranslated, Zola writes about an appointment, mentions French writer Alphonse Daudet´s wife, and asks the recipient about postponing a meeting. Size is 3.8 x 6.2 inches, in excellent condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a photo postcard of Zola, 3.4 x 5.3 inches, a good choice to frame with this letter if desired.

German composer (1910-1942), organist, and teacher in Leipzig, who died during WWII in the Russian battlefront in 1942. Set of 10 autograph letters signed by him and 1 typed letter signed by him, for a total of 11. American pianist (1885-1981), a child prodigy, was able to perform Beethoven´s piano concerto Nr 1 with the New York Symphony Orchestra at age 8, started composing also at an early age. Zucca operated a concert hall which featured very famous soloists. Signed photo postcard, dated in 1951, inscribed, 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian dancer (1849-1930), whose career as a ballerina spanned from 1864 to 1898, and was known as "the Divine Zucchi" for her artistry, expressiveness, and virtuosity. Fantastic original vintage cabinet photograph of the ballerina shown in role blind-stamped on the lower-right corner by Bergamasco and signed by Zucchi with a short sentiment, dated 1889.

German pedagogue (1890-1972), composer, conductor and pianist. A brilliant pianist and teacher, Zuckmayer had to leave Germany in 1936 and established in Turkey, where he continued his career teaching and training music teachers. Autograph note signed by him, in French, on a postcard mailed in 1924. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, in excellent condition.

Autograph note in Czech signed by him on a postcard (no date, but post markings indicate the year 1923), mounted on a mat.  Total size is 7.8 x 9.6 inches, postcard's size is 5.4 x 3.4 inches, photograph is 2.1 x 3.3 inches (visible window size), all in excellent condition.

American flutist (b. 1944), who is also a writer and journalist and the former wife of famous violinist Pinchas Zukerman. Signed promo photo, size is 8 x 10 inches, in excellent condition.
