A so-called Expanded Universe also exists, consisting of among other things, books, comics, games and television series. The franchise is most defined by three film trilogies, which were not made in chronological story order. Each trilogy follows a new generation of the Skywalker family, who are inextricably linked to the Force.

The prequel trilogy marks the beginning of the Skywalker saga, the original trilogy was made during the 1970s by George Lucas, and the sequel trilogy are the last films in the saga, up until now at least. There are also a few anthology films that are set in the Star Wars universe, but are not a part of the before mentioned trilogies.

If you are looking to add a Star Wars character autograph to your collection please be advised that some sellers tend to ask ridiculous high prices, so always keep in mind those are asking prices and not necessarily the amount it will sell for. Also be wary of eBay, because there are a lot of cheap fakes and copies on there.

So if you’re buying from that platform make double sure the item you are buying is authentic.
