Italian composer, violinist (1782-1840), and also violist and guitarist, probably the most celebrated violin virtuoso in history.

Fine autograph note signed by him, thanking an unknown recipient (a fan? a lover?) for a nice gift he received, with a large, wonderful, and full name signature!. Dated by Paganini in London on July 29th, 1832. In Italian, translated as "if one day it will be given to me to know the beloved object that was contained in the present, I will consider myself happy".

A pencil note on verso by another hand reads in English "sent to me on Saturday, August 2nd, 1832".

Size is 8.1 x 5.1 inches, some folds (they are less noticeable in the actual item than in the scan), overall age-toning, in very good condition.

ALSO INCLUDED is a blank envelope, sized 4.75 x 3.75 inches, a blank stamp on its back indicates it was made in London, most likely used to carry this autograph note inside since it would fit perfectly if folded with the folds it has.

Returns & Exchanges

Unsatisfactory items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for your choice of a store credit or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, items must first be returned in the exact same condition they were shipped. By default we ship via USPS, and provide the option to ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for any items that were already shipped, either returned or not.
