Mexican poet (1870-1919), journalist, and educator, considered one of the most important of the XIX century in Mexico, and also an ambassador of Mexico in Argentina and Uruguay.

Set of 2 typed letters in Spanish (sold untranslated) signed by him weeks before his decease and addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Law Estanislao Zeballos in Buenos Aires requesting the admission of his nephew.

The first letter has two sheets (dated April 17, 1919), and the second one (dated May 12, 1919) is only 1 sheet. Each page is 8.25 x 11.25 inches, both in very good condition.

ALSO INCLUDED is a unsigned letter referred to in the second letter.

Returns & Exchanges

Unsatisfactory items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for your choice of a store credit or a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund, items must first be returned in the exact same condition they were shipped. By default we ship via USPS, and provide the option to ship via FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable for any items that were already shipped, either returned or not. At our discretion, a restocking and relisting fee of up to USD 40 could be applied for some returned items, although this is very rarely applied.
