Beautiful black-and-white photograph signed by him, dated in Buenos Aires, April 28, 1929; blind-stamped on the lower-right front by photographer P. Apugliese (Buenos Aires). Size is 4.2 x 5.8 inches, crease across, otherwise in very good condition.

Ukrainian-Russian violoncellist (1877-1951), then conductor, with the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra; emigrated in 1918; lived in the U.S. from 1922; conductor of the N.Y. Symphony Orchestra from 1934. Signed photo postcard, with a short sentiment, dated by him in 1907. Size is 3.3 x 5.3 inches, minor damage on upper right corner, otherwise in very good condition.

Swiss violinist (1878-1959). Black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment, shown studying a score. Size is 5.1 x 7.1 inches, some creases, in very good condition.

Hungarian violist and violinist (1893-1975). Fine sepia photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment dated December 1946. Size is 5 x 7 inches, small crease over the upper-left corner, in very good condition.

Bulgarian violinist (1899-1976) and conductor, founder of The Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra and teacher. Signed photo of the first page of a small program for a concert in 1927 at Zagreb, Croatia. Full program with all pages and covers. Size is 5.5 x 9 inches, in very good condition. Very rare.

Scottish violist and violinist (1904-1982), English Soprano (1898-1984), signed album page containing both of their signatures along with those of several other unidentified artists. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, small tear on the right not affecting any writing, otherwise in excellent condition.

Scottish violist (1904-1982) and teacher who performed with the London String Quartet from 1930 to 1945. Album page signed by him and dated in London, March 1936 at the Queen's Hall. Size is 4.7 x 3.75 inches, in excellent condition.

The Quintetto Chighiano was an Italian musical ensemple especially active in the 1940s, 50s and 60s. Nice group photograph signed by all 5 members Sergio Lorenzi (piano), Riccardo Brengola (1st violin), Arnoldo Apostoli (2nd violin), Tito Riccardi (viola) and Alain Meunier (violoncello). French cellist (1870-?) at the Concert Colonne, conductor and founder of the Schola Cantorum in Caen.  Autograph letter in French (untranslated) signed by him, dated December 17, 1923, where he addresses the music critic Henri Woollett (1864-1936) arranging for a meeting: “…je (…) n’ai pu vous repondre plus tôt, à cause de mon Concert d’hier…”. Size is 8.3 x 10.7 inches, 1 written page, evident central fold, creases, in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is his original printed business card with a short note in French written by him. Size is 3.9 x 2.3 inches, in excellent condition.

German violinist (1910-1985), who was the concert master of the Berliner Philharmoniker in the Furtwangler era. Signed playbill announcing a concert as a soloist in 1939. One sheet sized 8 x 11.5 inches, storage holes and folds and minor cracks at the top, otherwise in good condition.

German-born violinist and opera impresario (1842-1889), famous for his English opera company. 2-bar autograph music quote from an Elegy signed by him on a card. Size is 3 x 1.8 inches, mounting traces on verso, in overall very good condition.

Russian cellist and teacher (1927-2007), considered the best cellist of his generation and Russian baritone (b.1953), internationally acclaimed for interpreting the Slovenian and Italian repertory. Large signed photo, together with a third unidentified person who also signed the picture. Size is 12 x 8 inches, in very good condition.

He became active with several local performing groups in Texas, began to teach at universities, founded the San Angelo Symphony Orchestra, perhaps best known for establishing the San Antonio Chamber Music Society in 1943. Autograph music quote signed by him with two bars from an Andante from Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto, dated March 22, 1912. Unknown signature and date on verso.
