Daughter of star Italian Conductor Arturo Toscanini (1900-1991). Autograph letter in Italian signed by her, no date, to her father Artur Toscanini, about family matters: "... I give Mr. Todd this enlargement, I ask him to give you lots of news from us – and bring all our love – I hope you too will want to let yourself be taken by this machine that reproduces colors and disappears surprisingly. (...) In fact, I'm sending you a letter from you and a funny photograph taken in your studio – with the dreaded Verdi...". Danish conductor, composer, and arranger (1902-1957), and conductor of the Danish National Symphony Orchestra. His baton used in public performance at Teatro Colon signed by him and inscribed to Cirilo Grassi, manager of Teatro Colon, dated May 1954. Length is 16.5 inches, in excellent condition.

German conductor (1895-1965), known particularly for conducting the works of Gustav Mahler. His baton used in public performance at Teatro Colon signed by him and inscribed to Cirilo Grassi, manager of Teatro Colon, dated 1954. Length is 21 inches, in excellent condition.

Slovak conductor (b.1976), whose career as a conductor began with the RAI National Symphony Orchestra in 2005 and was appointed as music director of Teatro di San Carlo. Gorgeous color photograph signed by him, shown in performance.  Size is 5 x 7.3 inches, in excellent condition.

Belgian-American composer, conductor, and founding conductor of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (1858-1929). Autograph musical quote signed on a signature cut, 3 bars of music, dated in New York in 1885. Size is 2.25 x 4.5 inches, in very good condition. 

Finnish conductor (b.1953), clarinetist, and composer. Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him. Size is 7.9 x 9.9 inches, in excellent condition.

Italian conductor (1862-1945), pianist and composer. Very interesting autograph letter in Italian, signed by him with a short music quote, no date indicated; addressed to the German music editor Schott sharing his views on the program offered for a concert and offering a harsh criticism of some of Gustav Charpentier's works. Size is 4.5 x 6.9 inches, 4 written pages in one folded sheet, no translation included, folds, creases, in very good condition.

Italian opera conductor (1863-1927), particularly associated with the works of Giuseppe Verdi.  Signed postcard photograph, inscribed and dated in Paris in 1922. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, several creases and mounting traces on verso, otherwise in good condition. 

Italian conductor (1872-1937), later in life teacher in Milan, his career as a conductor focused mostly on opera and toured extensively outside Italy. Nice photograph, signed, inscribed, and dated by him in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1920 - where he conducted La Gioconda, according to some pencil notes on verso. Also signed in pencil on the mat by the photographer. Size is 8.5 x 12 inches, spotted rust, in very good condition.

Size is 8.6 x 11 inches, 1 page, folds, minor cracks, otherwise in very good condition. ALSO INCLUDED is a short note written in French signed by the conductor, dated in Lugano, 1939. Typed letter in English signed by him and dated in New York, October 16, 1942, about his impressions from hearing the young soprano Regina Resnik. Austrian conductor (1863-1942) and composer, who was the first conductor to record commercially all nine Beethoven symphonies. Autograph note on a card in German signed in 1896 addressed to Oskar Bie (1864-1938), concerning a certain lady Laura Haas (presumably a singer), and mentioning future meetings. Size is 5.4 x 3.5 inches, in very good condition.

Large matted photograph signed by him, dated in Vienna, 1927, inscribed to opera director Ast. Photo is also signed in pencil by the photographer Bruhlmeyer, Vienna.  Total size is 10.8 x 14,75 inches, in very good condition.

German conductor (1815-1873) and composer. Autograph letter in German signed twice by him, no date, to a gentleman about music matters. Size is 5.2 x 8.4 inches, 2 written pages in one sheet (front and back), smudges over ink, rust stains, folds, creases, and wrinkles, in good condition. In 1854 in the town of Krefeld, he set to words the 1840 poem “Die Wacht am Rhein” by Max Schneckenburger. In recognition of the success and the national importance of this song, he received the title of “Royal Prussian Musical Director” in 1860.
